Reiki is an energetic healing technique for emotional release, stress reduction, relaxation that also promotes healing on all levels of being; physical, emotional, and spiritual. The practitioner works within the energetic field, which can extend inches away from the body, and may include gentle touch.
Becoming certified in Reiki means to become attuned to this subtle energy modality by a Reiki Master. This attunement is the beginning to a long and beautiful healing journey with Reiki for yourself and others.

What is included?
Usui Reiki attunement based on your level - Reiki I, II, Advanced, or Masters
A Reiki Manual from the International Center of Reiki by William Rand
Hands-on practice both giving and receiving Reiki
Guidance from Jodi Jenks who has been practicing Reiki personally and professionally for over 20 years.
What can I expect?
Each Class is One Day 9am-5pm
The first half of the class is learning from the textbook, gaining an understanding of the class material, and meditation work. In Reiki I & II you can expect a meditation to meet your Reiki guide. In the upper level certifications there are some advanced meditative practices to enhance the Reiki energy.
We will have an hour break for lunch and you can either purchase a homemade lunch from our staff, bring a lunch, or shop locally.
The second half of the class focuses on hands on learning and practicing healing with Reiki on the other participants of the class and some local volunteers.
Note for Masters in Training: We believe that this knowledge should be passed on therefore Reiki Masters Certifications learn how to pass the healing modality of Reiki onto others.
Meet Your Teacher
Jodi Jenks
Jodi started her journey as a holistic healer over 27 years ago when she began to see her homeopathic doctor where she learned Essential Oil Therapies and she took Reiki training from two Reiki Masters back in the mid 1990's. She expanded her education in natural health at the Naturopathic Institute of Therapies and Education and in 2017 she became a board certified Naturopathic Doctor.
Her passion is meeting clients where they are on their health journey and helping them discover their unique pathway to wellness, which includes opening and discovering how the energetics of emotions affect the physical body.
